Descriptif du poste

Within the Dutch/Germany Sales Team and under the responsibility of the Sales Manager Netherlands & Germany your main missions will be the following:

  • Build and develop your pipeline and create reports of your activities with Sales Force,
  • Identify, prospect and recruit e-merchants for the Twenga Solutions program,
  • Develop new advertising partnerships/budget and negotiate commercial conditions,
  • Achieve commercial objectives, revenue targets and KPI Sales,
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Support, ...) to improve our products and services,
  • Communicate about Twenga’s solutions and evangelize your market in the field (Trade fairs, Conferences, f2f meetings...).

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business required,
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling Software, Saas solution ideally within the e-commerce industry,
  • Your level of German is perfectly bilingual or mother tongue,
  • Your level of English is fluent,
  • Solid comprehension of the e-commerce business/models and monetization (CPC, CPM, CPA, COS, conversion metrics…),
  • Rigorous, and at ease with decision makers about T1 budgets negotiations,
  • Real commercial sense and an ability to convince in a complex sector,
  • Comfortable with communicating over the phone and face to face to senior representatives in companies,
  • The candidate should have work experience in facing the customers,
  • Result-oriented, ambitious and performance driven,
  • Ability to work autonomously,
  • Ability to work with all departments of the company,
  • Proactive, creative and persuasive.
